Shipping policy
Shipping terms before payment
Current shipping methods and fees are loaded during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and begin after carrier handover.
Method and price
The checkout displays active shipping methods and their configured fees. The order summary includes the selected fee before the order is placed.
Processing and transit
Order processing and carrier transit are separate periods. Tracking information is provided after dispatch where the carrier supports tracking. Customs, inspections, remote-area handling and carrier disruptions can extend delivery.
Address accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and any information lawfully required by the carrier or destination. Contact support promptly if an address error is discovered; changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
Damage or missing contents
Keep the parcel, label and contents. Contact support with the order number, photographs and an unboxing record where available. A review is required before replacement or another remedy is approved.
Import responsibility
Buyers must confirm whether the selected material may be imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction. A successful prior shipment does not guarantee future clearance.
