Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Products

Our catalogue may include peptides, research compounds, laboratory materials, bacteriostatic water and related research supplies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products listed on this website are supplied for laboratory and research purposes only and are not represented as medicines, treatments, therapies, or products intended to diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any disease or medical condition.

Products must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or personalised medical advice.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether a product can legally be purchased, imported, possessed, stored, or used in your jurisdiction.

Before placing an order, you should conduct your own due diligence and obtain appropriate professional or legal advice where necessary.

You must not purchase or use our products for any unlawful purpose or in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the transaction may violate applicable law, our internal policies, or these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate and current.

Product appearance, packaging, labelling, presentation and specifications may change from time to time without notice.

The information provided on product pages is intended to describe the product and its research characteristics and should not be interpreted as medical advice or a guarantee of a particular research outcome.

4. Quality Control and Testing

We apply internal quality-control procedures to products supplied through our business.

Selected products may also undergo testing through external laboratories, including laboratories such as Janoshik and Freedom Diagnostics Testing, depending on the product and applicable testing requirements.

We carefully select our testing and laboratory partners based on factors such as testing capability, verification procedures, documentation and suitability for our requirements.

Available testing documentation may be provided to customers through our support channels upon request.

We do not represent seller-provided Certificates of Analysis as being independent proof solely because the testing was performed by an external laboratory.

5. Orders

Orders are accepted subject to product availability and our confirmation of the order.

We reserve the right to decline, limit or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the transaction presents a compliance or operational concern.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by us.

6. Minimum Order

Unless otherwise specified, our standard minimum order is one box of 10 units.

Custom products and custom manufacturing projects may have substantially higher minimum quantities, which will be confirmed before production begins.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

We currently accept:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20)
  • USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20)

Cryptocurrency payments must be sent to the payment address provided for your specific order.

You are responsible for confirming that the correct cryptocurrency, network and payment address are used before completing the transaction.

We are not responsible for losses caused by sending cryptocurrency to an incorrect address, using an unsupported network, or otherwise making an incorrect blockchain transaction.

Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been confirmed on the relevant network, it generally cannot be reversed.

8. Payment Assistance

We provide written and video instructions to help customers understand the cryptocurrency payment process.

Our specialists can also provide general assistance with the ordering and payment process through our designated support channels.

We do not control third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, payment providers, banks, wallets or blockchain networks and cannot guarantee their availability or processing times.

9. Pricing

The prices displayed in our website catalogue constitute our primary published price list.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Where a custom product, formulation or manufacturing project is requested, pricing will be confirmed individually before the customer is required to proceed.

10. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers may be made available from time to time.

Promotional offers may have specific conditions, expiry dates, minimum order requirements or other restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

Current promotions may be announced through our designated Telegram channel.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may generally be cancelled or changed before they have been shipped.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be retained as account credit for a future purchase rather than returned as cash or cryptocurrency, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is generally no longer available.

A change-of-mind request after dispatch does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or remedies that apply under applicable consumer law.

12. Custom Orders

We may coordinate selected custom peptide blends, individual compounds and other custom products through manufacturing partners.

Custom projects are subject to feasibility review and manufacturing requirements.

Minimum quantities are typically 50 or 100 kits, depending on the composition and product.

Before proceeding, customers may be required to provide the requested compound or formulation, amount per vial, required quantity, preferred cap colour, packaging or labelling requirements, and destination country.

Custom orders will only proceed after the relevant specifications, minimum quantity, pricing and estimated production time have been confirmed.

13. Custom Products and Cancellation

Because custom products are manufactured or prepared according to customer-specific requirements, they may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all custom specifications before production begins.

14. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch available catalogue products promptly.

For standard in-stock products, express delivery may generally take approximately two business days, depending on destination, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

15. Lost or Delayed Orders

We monitor shipment tracking and will investigate delivery issues where tracking indicates a loss, return to sender or other confirmed delivery problem.

Customers should contact us if their order has not arrived within the expected delivery period or if tracking indicates an issue.

Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement shipment or another resolution after reviewing the circumstances.

16. Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and video of the package, packaging and affected products so that we can assess the damage.

Where damage is confirmed, affected items may be included in an additional shipment or otherwise resolved in accordance with our assessment and applicable law.

17. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

If a product is not displayed in our current catalogue, it should not be assumed to be available for immediate purchase.

Customers with a specific research requirement may contact our specialists to discuss whether a custom product or manufacturing arrangement may be possible.

18. Laboratory Documentation

Testing documentation and certificates may be available for selected products upon request.

For security, verification and documentation-control reasons, we may provide relevant documents directly through our customer-support channels rather than publishing them publicly on the website.

We do not guarantee that a separate certificate will be available for every product or batch.

19. Customer Support

Our specialists are available through designated communication channels to assist with product specifications, ordering, payment procedures, custom product enquiries and general product information.

Our specialists do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment advice, prescribing services or personalised medical advice.

Customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical or health-related questions.

20. Website Information

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every product description, image, price, specification or availability status will always be error-free or up to date.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make changes to the website at any time.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, including its text, graphics, logos, images, design, product descriptions and other content, is owned by or licensed to peptideschina.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.

22. Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful activities, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, interference with website operations, or any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures, cryptocurrency exchange problems, banking or payment-provider restrictions, carrier delays, customs processes, government actions, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

24. Privacy

Information submitted through the website or during an order may be collected and processed for purposes including order processing, customer support, payment verification, delivery and compliance.

Our handling of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website and will apply to orders placed after the updated version becomes effective, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

27. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, an order, product documentation or our services, please contact us through our designated support channels.
